Austin B Parris

Austin B. Parris, CFE is a Senior Associate at Yip Associates. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner with over (3) years of experience in litigation consulting services and (7) years of total professional experience.

Prior to joining Yip Associates in 2021, Mr. Parris built his litigation services experience at well-respected firms in South Florida and Atlanta providing analysis and report writing on cases in a variety of industries and types of matters. Most recently, he worked in the Atlanta office for B. Riley Advisory Services focusing on class action certification and damages (both plaintiff and defense), lost profits disputes, federal fraud cases and was a key member of matters involving large data analytics. While at B. Riley Advisory Services he also introduced and led the development of their inaugural Mock Valuations Expert training program designed to provide associates with experience writing and defending reports. From 2018 through 2020, he worked with Kaufman Rossin’s Forensic, Advisory and Valuations practice in Miami focusing on economic damages, intellectual property disputes and eDiscovery consulting. He has concentrated experience with cases involving the collection and review of large and/or unique sets of data, a proficiency he developed in the private sector performing data analysis and process improvement for a Fortune 500 apparel manufacturer and has continued to hone throughout his career.

Mr. Parris graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting. He also holds two certifications related to the field of eDiscovery.
