Brandon Victor is a Manager with over 10 years of accounting and auditing experience. Mr. Victor is currently providing integrity monitoring and compliance services to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on the Newark Liberty International Airport Terminal One Redevelopment, JFK International Airport Terminals 1, 4, and 6 Redevelopment, JFK International Airport – WO #113 Utility Construction Infield to Terminal and Logistics Support Services, LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment, LaGuardia Airport Central Hall Fit Out, George Washington Bridge Rehabilitation, PATH – Tunnels E&F Infrastructure Repairs, PATH – Replacement and upgrade of Substations No 8 and No. 14, and Holland Tunnel Repair projects. Mr. Victor previously provided integrity monitoring and compliance services to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on JFK International Airport Terminal Eight, and to the New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority on the East Side Access and Long Island Railroad Third Track Expansion projects. He also previously provided integrity monitoring and compliance services to the Lendlease Turner Joint Venture on the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center Expansion Project, as well as, provided independent oversight monitoring services on selected contractors for the New York City Department of Investigation.

Prior to joining Yip Associates, Mr. Victor gained valuable experience working within the Bureau of Auditing at The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT). At NJDOT, Mr. Victor focused primarily on government construction contracts and compliance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Uniform Audit & Accounting guidelines, and Federal Acquisition Regulations, Part 31.
