Patrick Martin is a Forensic Accounting Senior Associate at Yip Associates who specializes in providing forensic accounting, integrity monitoring, and investigative auditing services within the firm’s Government Sector Advisory Services practice.

Mr. Martin is currently providing integrity monitoring and compliance services to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on JFK International Airport Infrastructure Task Orders #2, #5, and #6; JFK Airport Redevelopment Project at Terminals 1,4, and 6; Holland Tunnel Latent Salt Damage Repairs and Mitigation project; PATH Tunnels E&F infrastructure Repairs, and PATH Replacement and upgrade of Substations No. 8 and No. 14. He is also providing integrity oversight monitoring of a private construction company on behalf of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, NYC Department of Investigation, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and the New Jersey Department of Labor. In addition, Mr. Martin is providing compliance and monitoring services to Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors, including assessing compliance with prevailing wage and apprentice program requirements as set forth in the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, in order to meet eligibility for tax credits.

Prior to joining Yip Associates, Mr. Martin worked for over two years at Anchin, Block, and Anchin LLP, in their New York City office, where he provided tax services and assisted ABA’s litigation department with forensic accounting investigations.
