How To Submit Documents To The Trustee
FOR ATTORNEYS:
All documents are to be submitted via BLUE STYLUS DOCUMENT DELIVERY SYSTEMS. Do not mail or fax any documents unless you have contacted and received permission from the Trustee’s assistant.
All the required documentation must be received by the Trustee at least fifteen (15) days prior to the Meeting of Creditors.
If you have previously created an account with Ms. Yip’s BLUE STYLUS DOCUMENT DELIVERY SYSTEMS, please see upload instructions on that website.
If you do not have an account, please click here to create one. Remember to use the email account with which you file your cases. If you would like to use a different email address for notifications of new case assignments, use the ‘Settings’ option once you have created your account.
Retain the username and password you create to access your account in the future.
FOR PRO SE DEBTORS:
If you are not represented by an attorney, please submit the required documentation to the Trustee via U.S. Mail to the following address:
Maria M. Yip, Trustee
2 S. Biscayne Blvd., Suite 2690
Miami, FL 33131
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the Trustee is required to continue the Creditors’ Meeting until all documentation is provided. If documents are not provided, the Trustee will file a Motion to Dismiss.
